In the haunted town of Hollow Creek, rhythm is more than music—it’s power. When Keiran Berry, a banjo-slinging outcast, discovers a scar shaped like a treble clef burning across his chest, he learns he’s been chosen as a Rhythm Keeper: one who can summon the dead, bend memory, and turn grief into song.
But Hollow Creek is not his alone. The Maestro, a shadow stitched from silence and sorrow, claims the rhythm as his birthright. Their duel—banjo against fiddle, polka against waltz—shakes the graveyard and awakens the dead.
Joined by Clementine, a girl who once swore never to play again, and Elio, a child born humming with scars of their own, Keiran must transform rhythm from curse into gospel. Together, they unleash the Stomp: a queer, mythic reclamation that spreads across towns, swamps, and cities, raising the dead not as monsters but as memory.
As the rhythm blooms into a global myth, the Keepers must face the truth: rhythm is not owned, only inherited. And every scar sings.
